At xxCosplay, we understand the risks and uncertainties associated with online shopping. Therefore, we are pleased to offer refunds and exchanges on our products. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
Refunds and Exchanges:
1. We accept refunds for accessories and standard-size costumes only. Customized costumes are not eligible for return.
2. Due to the unique sizing requirements of customized costumes, we do not accept returns for these items.
3. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. We will provide a 100% refund for products that are defective or sent by mistake.
5. If you wish to return or exchange a costume due to your own mistake or personal preference, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip postage.
6. You may choose any shipping method as long as a tracking number is provided. For customers in the United States, we recommend using USPS Express. Please ensure that your name and/or order number are included with the return shipment.
1. We accept full refunds and cancellations within 5 working days for standard-size costumes, props, wigs, and accessories. After 5 working days, a 30% labor cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. We do not accept refunds or cancellations for customized costumes. Once we receive your order, our tailors carefully compare the measurements provided and begin fabric cutting and production. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations for customized orders placed more than 2 working days prior. Please make your decision carefully.
